At Choppa Vapes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
